About Roost

Roost is a locally owned and operated restaurant, with a menu designed to be reminiscent of the breakfast and chicken salad Oma and Opa used to make. Everything we do is cooked fresh and prepared daily in the restaurant by our employees.

At Roost, we serve up some of the best sandwiches, soups, and chicken salad that you can find in all of Central Texas. We are open everyday from 7 AM to 7 PM.

When you order a sandwich, you should get a sandwich with plenty of meat.. not just a loaf of bread! Our sandwiches are piled high, so you won’t leave our place hungry! We also believe in serving fresh, health-conscious ingredients. Our salads are made with fresh greens, and all of our soups and chicken salads are made in-house. You can feel happy with the choice you made to eat with us and still get plenty of delicious flavor in your food!
